We are seeking your feedback to help us complete a review of what libraries look like in the future and how best we can serve you, and the community.

A draft Vision and Mission has been prepared and we are seeking your input to make sure it meets community expectations.

This consultation opportunity is open until Sunday 2 August 2020.

Background

In December 2019, we began working with staff, leadership team and the WGL Board over the following months to review and redevelop the West Gippsland Libraries Vision and Mission in consultation with Spark Strategy.

The final draft Vision and Mission statement was adopted at the June 2020 Ordinary Board Meeting to be presented to the community for feedback.

Why Your feedback is Important

Your feedback is important to provide us with an understanding of community and stakeholder expectation.

The focus and purpose of this engagement is to:

Involve the community in creating our Vision and Mission for West Gippsland Libraries; and
Understand the communities’ views and expectations of West Gippsland Libraries;

We will consolidate comments and feedback and consider all submissions at the next Ordinary Board Meeting to assist in making further recommendations to WGL Board.
