Phillip Island Library is now closed for public access to make way for the redevelopment of the Cowes Cultural Centre and the building of the new library facilities, which is expected to be completed at the end of March 2023.
Our new Click & Collect and returns location in Cowes is at the Phillip Island Community and Learning Centre (PICAL) 56/58 Church St, Cowes VIC 3922.
Library items may be returned outside the main office at PICAL and pick-up of holds items is available on the following days –

The community library at San Remo has now also increased its opening hours.
Our library staff appreciate your patience and support during this transition. Library staff are still available to assist over the phone, online and in-person at PICAL and San Remo. We look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful new library facilities at the completion of the new development of the Cowes Cultural Centre.
