Click & Collect service

Our Click & Collect and returns location in Cowes is at the Phillip Island Community and Learning Centre (PICAL) 16 Warley Avenue, Cowes VIC 3922. Library items may be returned outside the main office at PICAL via the all-hours returns chute and pick-up is available on the following days:

Tuesday 9.30am – 2pm
Wednesday 9.30am – 2pm and
Thursday 9.30am – 2pm.

Please note that PICAL staff and volunteers will be unable to help with library items if you come outside these times. There is no browsing, please prearrange items for pick up online or with library staff on 5644 3320

About PICAL

This service is in operation due to the closure of the Phillip Island Library branch to make way for the redevelopment of the Cowes Cultural Centre and the building of the new library facilities.

Our library staff appreciate your patience and support during this transition. We look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful new library facilities at the completion of the new development of the Cowes Cultural Centre.
