Pakenham and Emerald Libraries have received important infrastructure upgrades, supported by funding from the Victorian Government.
Myli received $10,223 through the 2025–26 Living Libraries Infrastructure Program to upgrade CCTV infrastructure at both libraries. The improvements will help support safe, welcoming and well-maintained library spaces for our community, team members and collections.
While much of this work takes place behind the scenes, upgrades like these are an important part of ensuring our libraries continue to meet community needs and provide high-quality services into the future.
The Living Libraries Infrastructure Program supports Victorian councils and regional library services to improve public library buildings and infrastructure across the state.
