Listen Up!
Winter is the perfect time to discover some new podcasts. Listening to a podcast while cleaning the house makes tackling the mess a bit more enjoyable, and it’s a great distraction from chilly toes during your morning walk! We’ve listed some of our favourite podcasts below:
The Shed Wireless: The Australian Men’s Shed Association’s podcast brings together Shedders across the nation. Episodes feature history, comedy, news, health and topical interviews.
Australian True Crime Podcast: Go beyond the news cycle to find out how people become killers, how people become victims, and what happens next. Meshel Laurie is a radio and television broadcaster and author. Emily Webb is a journalist and crime writer. They share a passion for the stories of crime investigators and families of victims.
Tiny Leaps, Big Changes: Host Greg Clunis dives into the simple natures and behaviours that we perform each day, and how setting actionable goals can have a significant impact on your mental health and well-being.
