It’s also an important time to keep your body as healthy as possible to avoid catching seasonal illnesses. We found a great article from the Heart Foundation Australia with some great tips on how to eat well during the cooler months, and why exercising in winter is so important.

Winter is the perfect time to discover some new podcasts. Listening to a podcast while cleaning the house makes tackling the mess a bit more enjoyable, and it’s a great distraction from chilly toes during your morning walk! We’ve listed some of our favourite podcasts below:
The Shed Wireless: The Australian Men’s Shed Association’s podcast brings together Shedders across the nation. Episodes feature history, comedy, news, health and topical interviews.
Australian True Crime Podcast: Go beyond the news cycle to find out how people become killers, how people become victims, and what happens next. Meshel Laurie is a radio and television broadcaster and author. Emily Webb is a journalist and crime writer. They share a passion for the stories of crime investigators and families of victims.
Tiny Leaps, Big Changes: Host Greg Clunis dives into the simple natures and behaviours that we perform each day, and how setting actionable goals can have a significant impact on your mental health and well-being.
