Update 21.08.21

All West Gippsland Libraries branches including the mobile library will be closed from 1pm on Saturday 21 August 2021 as directed by the Victorian Government announcement today. 24/7 access at Foster library is also currently unavailable.

We will be offering Click & Collect services from all our library branches including the mobile library during regular opening hours at your local branch. Please see our locations page for more information on locations and hours. Home delivery is also available via Australia Post, please see our home deliveries page for more information.

During this time there will be no public access to our library branches and all events including StoryTime and Baby Rhyme Time will be cancelled. You can still access our online resources including e-books, e-audiobooks, digital magazines and children’s resources while we are closed.

Events and Programs

All in-person events are currently cancelled. We have a range of online events and online programs and available for you to watch from the comfort of home.

Click & Collect and Home Delivery Services

We will continue to offer the Click and Collect service, and Home Delivery via Australia Post. Please note that you must check in with the Service Victoria code when visiting our branches for click and collect. Please see the Click & Collect and Home Delivery pages for more information.

Caring Calls

We’re continuing to call some of our most vulnerable and disconnected members to offer home delivery and any support we can.

Online Chat

Support is available via live chat on our website, where you can chat to a real person online, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Digital Resources

All our digital resources continue to be available to library members. We have a wide range of ebooks, eaudiobooks, emagazines, digital newspapers, kid’s activities, kid’s reading resources, streaming movies and documentaries and even online study courses. Our team are working on adding new e-resources.
