Over 50’s Exercise Class | Inverloch Library – Myli | Libraries for Health and Wellbeing | 03 |

Exercises flex the muscles; books flex the mind! We recently hosted an exercise class at Inverloch Library with the wonderful Terry from Tomfit gym (Inverloch). Everyone participated in a gentle warm-up to the Rocky theme song, did a range of body weight exercises and then finished up with a stretching routine using resistance bands. Thank you to everyone who came along to this class – we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!

This event was part of the Libraries for Health and Wellbeing program, which acknowledges the ways that libraries support social connection, mental wellbeing and physical health in our communities.
