Click & Collect

Click & collect services are currently available from all our library locations at during normal branch opening hours. 

How it works:

1. Place a hold: To access Click & Collect, all you need to do is place your holds by calling your branch or place your holds online and select the branch you want to pick your items up from as normal. Once the items are available, you will be notified by email or SMS that they are ready to be picked up!

2. Collect: Simply visit your branch during current opening hours, to pick up your holds.

3. When you arrive: Please make your way to the service desk to collect your items. If you are feeling unwell and would prefer to remain outside of the building, please phone the library branch and a team member will greet you at the entry with your items. You’ll need to read aloud your library membership number and wait at the entry while your order is being prepared. 

You can also bring in items you would like to return and place them in the library returns chute. 

Northern Mobile Library

Click & Collect is also available on the Northern Mobile Library, call or place holds online via our website or app.
