Book Clubs – Join One or Create Your Own

Are you already in a book club? Or would you like to join one? 

Our libraries have special “Book Club in a Box” kits to help support your book club. To register your Book Club’s interest in using this service, please contact your local branch. Depending on demand you may be placed on a waiting list.

Each kit has 10-12 copies of the same book so everyone in your club can read the same book at once. There’s currently over 150 titles to choose from and all have a six week loan period. Best of all they’re free to registered book clubs! 

Download our list of Fiction/Non Fiction Book Club in a Box titles and click on the title you want. To place a hold check that the kit located at the Wonthaggi Library has the status ‘On Shelf’. Then click the “Select an Action” menu item Place Hold and follow the prompts.
