Gardening with the 5 Senses at the Drouin Library

Learn how to improve both your physical and mental health through gardening.

Explore the ways we can utilise all of our senses to bring us into the present and maintain a sense of optimism and calm.

Gain an understanding of how what we eat affects how we feel and function in our everyday lives.

Together we will propagate scented plants to take home, as well as collect and sow seeds from edible flowers and herbs.

This program is intended for adults. All levels of gardeners including beginners welcome.
