Mindfulness sessions @ Pakenham Library

Event details –

Practice meditation, relaxation and yoga with Sharon from South East Yoga. Enjoy the inner peace and personal transformation that yoga and meditation will bring to your daily life. You will learn Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, breathing techniques and relaxation methods that will help to relieve stress and anxiety. Every Wednesday evening from 6.30-7.30pm. Bookings are required.
