Join lawyers from Gippsland Community Legal Service as they discuss how you can control who will make financial, medical and/or lifestyle decisions if you’re not able to make those decisions for yourself.

The lawyers will discuss:

• What a power of attorney is
• The different types of powers of attorney
• How to make a valid power of attorney
• The duties and obligations of an attorney
• How to revoke a power of attorney
• Where to get help with a power of attorney issue
