Are you ready to start a journey of learning, fun, and community engagement like never before? The grand opening of Phillip Island Library marks the beginning of a new era where libraries are not just quiet spaces filled with books but vibrant centres of community life.
Phillip Island Library, located at Berninneit in Cowes, will officially open its doors to the public on Thursday 2nd November.
To celebrate the library’s opening, we will offer a variety of programs, including a StoryTime session with special guest author Andrea Rowe, and a performance by the Flying Bookworm Theatre! For adults, there’s a writer panel discussion on the Friday night: Places We Imagine and then continue your bibliophile interest, with our inaugural ‘Berninneit Book Chat,’ where we invite you to share your latest reads and get recommendations from the librarians.
Phillip Island Library is more than just a place to borrow books; it’s a dynamic space where you can discover, learn, belong, and connect. So, come and visit Myli’s Phillip Island Library and be part of this exciting community journey.
