Last weekend the Myli Waterline Library partnered with the Grantville Business and Community Association to commemorate the 150th Grantville Celebrations.
Historical storyboards were unveiled at the Grantville Pier by Russell Broadbent MP and Cr Clare Le Serve, followed by a wonderful community walk back to the Waterline Library for the presentation of Grantville Historical Society’s book ‘Grantville: The First 150 Years’ written by Geoffrey Guilfoyle.
Children’s author Adam Wallace presented prizes to the winners of the artwork competition. The community enjoyed cakes, scones, a jumping castle, a petting farm and face painting. Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun at this exceptional birthday party!
