On Friday 10th September 2021 at 6pm, Phillip Island Library will close its doors to make way for the redevelopment of the Cowes Cultural Centre and the building of the new library facilities. Holds pick up and returns will be available at our present location until Saturday 25th September. No public access to the building will be permitted after September 10.
San Remo Community Library
From Tuesday 21st September, the San Remo Community Library will extend its opening hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
From Monday 4th October, 2021 the San Remo Community Library will be open Mondays to Thursdays 9.30am-6pm, Fridays 9.30am-1pm; 2pm-6pm and Saturdays 9.30am-1pm until the new library opens in Cowes.
New Click & Collect and Returns location at Cowes
A new Click & Collect and returns location in Cowes is being planned with details to be confirmed soon.
Home Delivery via AusPost will be available for members who can’t visit San Remo Community Library or the new Click & Collect location in Cowes.
Digital Resources
All our digital resources continue to be available to library members. We have a wide range of ebooks, eaudiobooks, emagazines, digital newspapers, kid’s activities, kid’s reading resources, streaming movies and documentaries and even online study courses. Our team are working on adding new e-resources.
