Service Update

New Conditions of Entry

From 11.59pm on December 23rd 2021, all patrons aged 8 years and over will be required to wear a face mask, unless you have a medical exemption.

Patrons aged 18 years + will be required to show proof of full vaccination status when entering any Myli library branch, including the Mobile library.

In line with the Victorian Government mandate, acceptable proof of vaccination are:

  • COVID-19 digital certificate via the Service Victoria app
  • COVID-19 digital certificate in a smartphone wallet
  • Printed copy of COVID-19 digital certificate or immunisation history statement along with photo identification
  • Australian Immunisation Register proof of Medical Exemption certificate along with photo id.

Please be assured that we will only view your status, and it will not be stored.  We cannot accept a vaccine appointment card or negative COVID-19 test as proof of status. If you require assistance in downloading, linking, printing your digital certificate or making a vaccination booking, our staff will be happy to assist you.

All members of our team, including branch staff, staff at our Regional Support Centre, delivery drivers and our Leadership team are fully vaccinated.

Please check-in using the Service Victoria QR code. If you do not have a smart device, our staff will be able to assist you.  Use the hand sanitiser provided and maintain social distance.

If you are unwell or are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, please do not visit the library. If you display symptoms of being ill, you may be asked to leave the library premises.
